Суд Петербурга арестовал $439,5 млн JP Morgan по иску ВТБ
Thursday, 25 April 2024 () Арбитражный суд в Санкт-Петербурге частично удовлетворил иск российского банка ВТБ к американскому финансовому гиганту JP Morgan Chase, наложив арест на сумму в размере $439,5 миллионов и активы кредитной организации на территории России. Спор возник в связи с замораживанием указанной суммы на счетах ВТБ в JP Morgan после введения антироссийских санкций в 2022 году. Российский банк требовал возврата заблокированных средств, а также компенсацию в размере 200 тысяч рублей на покрытие судебных расходов.
